Run For the Roses Whiskey Sour
2 oz Heritage Selection Whiskey
3/4 oz fresh squeezed orange juice
3/4 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 oz honey syrup
2 bar spoons of rosewater
Egg white

Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin
Shake without ice until frothy (approximately 20 seconds)
Add ice and shake for another 20 seconds
Strain into a coupe glass
Garnish with a few drops of angostura bitters
