Because the holidays deserve a little extra spirit: here are a few of our favorite cocktail recipes to share (and sip) with loved ones.

Talnua Irish Coffee
2 oz Talnua Bourbon Cask & Stave Whiskey
6 oz brewed dark roast coffee
1/2 oz demerara syrup*
​
Add all ingredients to mug
Top with whipped cream
Garnish with shaved chocolate
​
*2:1 demerara sugar:water
Wishbone
2 oz Talnua Barrel Aged Gin
3/4 oz grapefruit juice
1/2 oz rosemary syrup*
1/4 lime juice
​
Combine all ingredients in shaker
Shake with ice for 10 seconds
Fine mesh strain into cocktail glass
Garnish with a slapped rosemary sprig
*2 C water: 2 C of white table sugar. Once fully dissolved, remove from heat and add two 4 inch rosemary sprigs
Eat, Drink & Be Cranmerry
2 oz Talnua Gin
6 oz hot apple cider
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 tbsp cranberry sauce

Put the cranberry sauce in the bottom of a mug
Add the rest of the ingredients to the mug and stir unil combined
Garnish with a nutmeg dusted apple slice or a cinnamon stick
Talnua Toddy
2 oz Talnua Heritage Selection
1/2 oz honey
1/4 of a lemon (large wedge)
2 dashes cinnamon

Preheat 8 oz mug
Muddle lemon wedge in mug
Add honey, cinnamon, and whiskey to mug
Fill with boiling water
Stir & Garnish with cinnamon stick
Pot O' Gold Old Fashioned
2 oz Talnua Continuum Cask Whiskey
1/2 oz honey syrup*
2 dashes of orange bitters

Build on large cube, stir
Garnish with expressed orange peel
​
*2:1 honey:water
Poor Sap
2 oz Talnua American White Oak Cask Whiskey
1/2 oz maple rosemary syrup*
2 dashes of Angosura bitters
1/2 dash Fee Brothers Black Walnut bitters
​
Combine all ingredients in stir glass
Add ice and stir for 20 seconds
Express orange peel over glass and drop in
​
*1/2 C water, 1 C maple syrup. Once fully dissolved, remove from heat and add one 4 inch rosemary sprig
