Irish Grain Whiskey

Component 1: Grain Whiskey imported from The Cooley Distillery in Ireland. This whiskey is made from a mashbill of 95% Corn, 5% Malted Barley
Total Age: 3 years, 6 months
ABV: 43%, 86 Proof

Nose - Honey, corn stalks
Palate - Grassy, honeydew, corn, short finish
Continuum Cask Whiskey

Component 2: Talnua Single Pot Still Whiskey (50% Malted Barley, 50% Raw Barley) aged a minimum of 3 years in new American oak barrels before being transferred into our Solera system
